Downloaded the app and made an account but I have never been able to log in. Not sure why if it had permissions to everything.

Great concept and company, especially if you've ever dealt with porch pirates. I had an issue with one of the dropspots and their service got ahold of me incredibly fast and resolved the issue in a very polite and timely manner. A+ customer service
I installed the app but it asks for media and file access permission to run. Why is it mandatory? I don't want to share my information for no purpose. I don't see any important reason to require that access. Please make it optional if possible.
